It was my birthday, my reservation was for outdoor seating but instead we were sat inside and despite me mentioning it, there was clearly no desire to honor said reservation. I also mentioned that it was my first time there, but the hostess was not informative at all, overall I didn’t feel welcomed. My son and I’s choices of food and beverage were good though.

We came to El Torito on Father’s Day with a party of eight. Two of the family members are disabled, and we also had two children but everything went very smoothly and everyone was very happy!
