Staff was friendly and service was terrific. The salads from the local garden were so good. I enjoyed the chili relleno with quinoa tamal and my husbands short rib with potatoes was very tender. We also enjoyed the breakfast burrito the next day, it was also very good and huge. Overall I would definitely go back.

We arrived at 6:50 for our Monday night 7pm reservation and got seated right away. Many folks were outside so it was wonderfully quiet indoors. Our waitstaff, Haley, was engaging and helpful. After reading reviews at home we ordered two salads and split the duck. All was very, very good. As many have already reviewed, the sauce for the duck was out of this world perfect. Dates and pearl onions were a fabulous side to the duck as well. Imaginative, for sure. We'll be back and glad Pagosa Springs has a new fine dining establishment.
