    I met 5 coworkers there for dinner and the food is always outstanding. The service is second to none. The only thing that was not exemplary was the noise level. It was loud enough from other patrons in the restaurant it was hard to hear the others at our table or the server.

    Pacci’s on Capitol Hill is a great neighborhood gem! The food is always delicious and the cocktails delightful! This last visit I chose the Salmon special with pesto rigatoni and my friend had the carbonara and we loved our choices. I repeatedly take friends and family here, Pacci never misses and always delivers!! Totally recommend for a wonderful dining experience!

    OMG! This is the place to be for delishous african cuisine. I dined on the fried filet catfish that was cooked to perfection, very tasty with Jolie rice and cabbage. All was absolutely taseful. The waitress was extremely helpful with my dinner choice and the meal came quick and hot. I felt like I was at home. I'm coming back real soon.
