We met friends here and had a delicious meal and our server, Miranda, was awesome! 

Just had an amazing meal at 21 Steakhouse in Pueblo, Colorado! I went for the bison on the menu, and I was not disappointed. The Caesar salad, while a bit cold, was packed with flavor, featuring anchovy fillets, Parmesan chips, and crunchy croutons. For the main event, I had the 16oz bone-in bison ribeye cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and it was hands down the best bison steak I've ever had. Paired it with mushroom risotto, delicious! Service was top-notch, attentive, and friendly. The restaurant is simple, no frills, but the culinary experience was phenomenal. My husband and I both had the filet mignon, his with the au poivre sauce. I had the potatoes au gratin, he had the baked potato. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The potatoes au gratin were downright indulgent! Hubs confirmed the baked potato was cooked nicely as well. Served with asparagus, tender tender tender. I had the strawberry shortcake, he had the triple chocolate mousse. Food was out of this world for Pueblo - honestly one of my best dining experiences after living here for 5 years. I felt the plates were extremely reasonably priced and the dessert seemed slightly under-priced compared to the meal. Service was exceptional. We did go on a Monday evening so the restaurant wasn't super busy. 10/10 will be dining here again.

Excellent food and service. May be difficult to hold a conversation due to the noise level but this shouldn’t deter you from trying this place. Sooooo good!!

Great food, great service. The restaurant was well maintained. The manager checked on us several times, and thanked us for coming it.
