At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! We have a 15-minute grace period & charge $10/person for no-shows or day of cancellations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer accept online reservations for parties of 8 or more.     One guest with Celiac disease, one with a wheat and dairy allergy, one with a dairy allergy- and we all ate JUST fine! GF fryers, absolutely delicious food, and the vegan GF cheesecake was the absolute cherry on top. Major props to the chef for having such a flexible upscale menu.

    Making a reservation is helpful though I noticed walk ins were accepted. We dined on a Saturday evening in Dec. The restaurant has ample parking and seamless check in and seating with our reservation. Connor our waiter was incredible, attentive, and well versed on the menu. The raw bar was fresh and delicious. We had oysters and snow crab claws. Their restaurant is kid friendly though geared towards adults. We had our 10 and 5 year olds with us and there’s a great kids menu. The portions are very generous, my husband and I shared the short ribs and it was delicious, cooked perfectly, and flavorful. They have great craft cocktails and a great wine offering. We shared a bottle of the Hobo. We will definitely be back.

    Edwin is a new, gorgeous restaurant. The food was amazing! Big portions for elevated mountain fine dining. The Stella Blue pizza was so good and went perfect with a glass of pinot. The space is beautiful and cozy. Cannot wait to come back. The staff went above and beyond to make the kids happy and accommodate my husband’s dairy allergy.
