Cuando se trata de mariscos hay tanto de qué apasionarse, la frescura, el sabor, la variedad y la sorpresa. Para crear esta experiencia única, hemos viajado por todas las carreteras y caminos. Nos hemos sentado, acomodado y sumergido en el mundo de los mariscos: platillos sin nombre con sabores inolvidables, ostiones recién traídos del agua, almejas apiladas, especialidades del día escritas a mano en pizarras antiguas y el hervor a fuego lento de cada combinación de especias que se pueda imaginar.
