Nobu Malibu is known for exquisite cuisine featuring Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes such as Tiradito, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, and Black Cod with Miso. Contamos con una larga trayectoria en el sector de los restaurantes, 3 generaciones para ser precisos, y nos encantan los mariscos. Cuando se trata de mariscos hay tanto de qué apasionarse, la frescura, el sabor, la variedad y la sorpresa. Para crear esta experiencia única, hemos viajado por todas las carreteras y caminos. Nos hemos sentado, acomodado y sumergido en el mundo de los mariscos: platillos sin nombre con sabores inolvidables, ostiones recién traídos del agua, almejas apiladas, especialidades del día escritas a mano en pizarras antiguas y el hervor a fuego lento de cada combinación de especias que se pueda imaginar. El placer de preparar y compartir los mariscos era simple y genuino y sacó lo mejor de cada uno. A menudo nos sentimos como si nos hubiesen recibido con los brazos abiertos en la casa de alguien.
