We were a party of six; everyone felt well taken care of and enjoyed their meal.

This is a great restaurant! We do miss the old menu, but hope that maybe post covid, some of our favorites will return. Great staff, great food, great location

Wonderful dining experience in the Historic Colorado Midland Hotel. Excellence in dining and service. They are passionate in their unique Spanish and Italian dishes. They offered the best Cioppino I've ever eaten. Amazing seafood dishes, and flavorful tapas. Unique wines of Spanish regions.

Mawa’s Kitchen is a gem. Bring your appetite because the menu is top notch. We had a great experience.

I highly recommend Pinion’s. The lamb chops are the best! The ambiance is chic and romantic. Definitely one of my favorites in Aspen.
