Great food and service! Would recommend to anyone.

It has been a while since last eating here, and it was a wonderful experience! The lunch entrees were delicious (croisant sandwich special, shrimp/beet salad, and brisket hamburger with fries). We brought our own dessert, and our server provided plates and forks. It is certainly worth revisting Ladera after a long break. Also, veterans can enjoy a free lunch entree on Tuesdays! Check it out!

Staff seemed preoccupied with training new staff. We put on our reservation we were celebrating our anniversary but nothing was said about it at all. Overall we would give them one more try to see if things improve.

Service was prompt and courteous, food delicious as always

We were a group of 6 people for dinner on Friday night and we had, for the most part, a perfectly enjoyable evening — the service was great and the food was again, for the most part, excellent. One member of our party asked for a medium-rare filet mignon and had to send it back twice (he gave up after the second time). The first plate was overcooked, and the second was barely cooked at all. It wasn't even close on both occasions, which is unfortunate. They comped the plate for us, so we didn't have to pay for it and there was enough food on the table on the whole that our friend didn't have to leave on an empty stomach, but still, this was a bit of a disappointment. Still, mistakes happen and like I said, we did enjoy ourselves and the service was great. We'll be back, but perhaps not order a medium-rare filet mignon next time.
