I hadn't been to Fleming's in 14 years and was excited to see the changes. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by host Luis, who explained our seating options, and our server, Katie, was incredibly attentive and accommodating. I ordered the medium-rare filet, but mine was tough and had a toothpick holding it together, while my friend's was perfect. Katie promptly took it back, and Luis came by to apologize after speaking with the chef. When my replacement steak arrived, it was cooked to perfection! I truly appreciated the exceptional service from every staff member, who made us feel valued throughout the evening. I left feeling grateful and satisfied, and I will definitely return to Fleming's Steakhouse.

Always consistent and nice. Service is excellent. The brussels sprout chips are amazing. Rolls are very good. Price is on the high side.
