The food is always outstanding, and the wait staff are incredibly helpful and nice. I drive almost 2 hours just to go here and celebrate special events.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had! We had the manila clama, bison tartare, fried brussel sprouts, Iberico Pork chops, Elk sirloin, and apple pie with cinnamon ice cream. All of the food was absolutely fantastic and the service (server Mickiah) was excellent! We can't wait for our next opportunity to eat here again.

Cowboy Star was fantastic. Be sure you have the bucks, as it is expensive, but if you enjoy a good steak ... strike that ... great steak, this is one of the best places in town! From the appetizers to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. They have a great wine list, too, so don't be afraid to indulge in a nice wine to accompany dinner. And service was excellent, too! Not intrusive, but very attentive - just the right balance! Thanks, Cowboy Star!

Great place to eat at, good deals on eat and play. Just needs AC due to weather and sweating teens and individuals. Maybe a few random chairs put out for adults watching children. But overall this was a great place. My family and I spent 3 hours here on my birthday. Thank you!!!!
