Te gusta la carne asada, ya sea bien cocida o termino medio, bien sazonada, recien traida del carbon a tu plato? Ven a Texas de Brazil!!! Ya sea en Chicago, Orlando, Denver (son los que he tenido la fortuna de visitar), los diferentes cortes de carne y la barra de ensalada estan fenomenales. Sin embargo hay que decir que la mayoria de las veces, el excelentisimo servicio que brindan todos en Texas de Brazil, desde la "hostess", managers, busboy, y sobre todo tu mesero-a, y mis favoritos, los gauchos (como Rudy en Denver) hacen que la experiencia sea muy agradable para tu paladar y estomago.
