    Part old west museum, part fine dining; I was so incredibly happy we found this restaurant; we had an amazing meal and saw so many incredible Americana artefacts; this place is a “must see” if in Denver. Our server, Nadine, was also a highlight; so helpful and cheerful; she was a breath of fresh air who truly made our night extra special.

    We were in the Denver area for our elopement and wanted to go somewhere more upscale for dinner after. Simms is wonderful! The drinks from the cocktail menu were delicious (we did the Passionfruit Mojito and Raspberry Lemonade). They have this amazing bread--so cutely presented. My husband enjoyed the Bison filet and I had the New York Strip--everything was cooked exactly as we desired! We were not leaving hungry for sure! Our server, Sam, was so kind and helpful and surprised us with champagne and torte for dessert!
