The American steakhouse is an iconic restaurant institution. We’d wanted to tell that story for years, but waited until we had the skill, talent and ability to execute it properly, and the right space to be our canvas, an important corner in Little Italy, a neighborhood where we have deep roots. We brought an almost academic appreciation for steakhouse history and tradition to Born & Raised, while trying to stay relevant and authentic to ourselves and our city. Our dry-aged beef pays tribute to earlier, earthier, pre-government grading practices and is the centerpiece of a meal best savored at a slow pace. A timeless celebration of everything that makes restaurants so special. - Consortium Holdings. A 4% surcharge is added to all guest checks.

The food, service, and ambiance were incredible. I had the salmon with rice and vegetables. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. My daughter had pasta norma. She loved it!! The margaritas were also delicious (Pomegranate and Blood Orange). The Prado is always a great idea for any occasion.

Can I give more than 5 stars? What a gem! The food was incredible and the service was fantastic! We will be back often. The food is unique and delicious! I can’t pick a favorite. There were 5 of us and we kept passing our plates - try this! The tables are not on top of each other so you can enjoy a great conversation too! We were hoping to meet the head chef Carlos but he was out of town. Next time! Danesh was our waiter and was a wealth of information and recommendations! He also made the experience even better with his humor and going the extra mile! Can’t wait to go back!

It is always a pleasure dining with Ironside Fish & Oyster! This time I brought two of my closest friends. I unfortunately had to modify my reservation due to last minute plans. I changed it from 6 to 3 people and even got there 30 min later. I was able to call the restaurant with ease and get my reservation taken care of by Maya. She was great! Once we sat down and started eating I cannot tell you how obsessed my friends were with the food. The highlight of the show was the bone marrow !!!! Omg it was to die for. We also had the pleasure of meeting Nico, the lead cook, Oxy, the general manager, and Alex who was our server. They were all very attentive and demonstrated how much they were happy to take care of us. We loved our experience and can’t wait to come back!
