    Chef Disney always impresses us! He is a genius. We enjoyed several different dishes during our meal at Vault. All were exquisitely flavored and plated. He even came by our table in the vault to visit with us about our meal and offer recommendations. All of the following were definitely 10/10 for us: pork belly, chislis (the chef’s own interpretation on a South Dakota dish), filets, Jonah crab/lemon butter topping on steak, shrimp skewer addition to steak, smoked old-fashioneds, and dirty martinis. Service was excellent—from the hostess, servers, chef. Highly recommend!!

    This is definitely my go-to restaurant in Hot Springs, if one is interested in fine Italian fare in a nice environment, and at a reasonable price. Patrons mostly are well dressed. My wife being Italian, she and her family have spoiled me when it comes to Italian food, but even she considers the food to be excellent. Highly recommend as one of two or three in town that are well apart from the rest, and as a great special occasion place.

    Our waitress Tracy was amazing!! She made our Christmas dinner at Red Lobster a great experience. She was upbeat and smiling even though she was having to work on Christmas Day!! Food was cooked to perfection as well!!
