Had the best lunch sitting outside looking at all the boats! Clam chowder and lobster roll were outstanding! Painkillers and Frose were perfect on a beautiful day! This is certainly our new favorite spot.

The meal was exquisite. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. COVID 19 precautions eliminated all our concerns. Thank you for a memorable evening.

The menu selection, food preparation and service are always consistent at Midtown Oyster Bar. Wine pour could be better.

Loved it!! Had the lobster roll—I have never seen a lobster claw that large—and I consider myself a connoisseur when it comes to lobster rolls!! The chowder was excellent as well!! The service was great, very casual and great view!! Highly recommend!!

Always a great time. Definitely recommend making it to a Sunday brunch, too!!

It was AMAZING! Food was the best we had in Newport and our waitress Oola was fantastic. So attentive and fun service along with great recommendations. The bartender Charlie was able to make us multiple unique cocktails that were delicious. 100% will recommend to anyone visiting Newport

Word of advice - do not use open table to make reservations at this restaurant- they do not accept them. The staff was accommodating to us and we were able to sit and have a fantastic meal. But word to the wise - call the restaurant directly for reservations.
