    Nice surprise in Silverthorn, tucked behind the outlets just north of I-25 off Hwy 9 . Quiet, ate inside but looks like the patio is very nice & dog friendly. Cool theme, most everything from locals. Wine, beer, liquor, huge whiskey, bourbon selection. Have to try the Breck Expresso Vodka. Delicious!! Shared after dinner!! Corn Bread app was fantastic! Had a Cinnamon butter, used just a little. Wonderful. Caesar was ok. Wife had Beef Tenderloin app for dinner & really enjoyed. I had pasta special. Excellent, but spicy so you know. Spicy Tomatoe, Sausage Rigatoni. Rich & a great sauce. We’ll be back!! Thanks

    Great food and even better service! We ordered the special prime rib and fajitas and both were outstanding. The queso fundido with chorizo made for great start to our meals. Definitely recommend this place!
