Great experience: the ambiance alone with worth coming here, and the service was excellent. The menu is somewhat limited, but the quality of the food was very good. Very busy hotel, and the plaza can be a little echoey as to the noise, but still is a very good choice.

This is a lovely, if very touristy restaurant. Service was excellent, with well organized service teams. The setting is delightful - but be forewarned, the "patio seating" is not outdoors and is highly air conditioned. The food is good, but not extraordinary, which one hopes for the prices charged - $27 for chicken enchiladas and $29 for shredded beef rellenos. Our chicken enchiladas were stuffed with a barely warm chicken mixture, which probably didn't help. The rellenos were pretty tasty. The least expensive margarita, which was just a few sips on the rocks in a small glass was $17 (and really sweet). My husband ordered the chocolate cake for dessert - it could feed a village and was the best part of dinner. If you're into touristy "must go" places, this is probably one, and I you should try it. But, I wouldn't go back there for the food, as there are so many other more interesting choices.

An interesting experience, a lovely hotel with a spacious restaurant featuring exclusive and traditional furnishings. The service was exceptional — we felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by their generosity: we were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and they brought champagne glasses and a delicious brownie with ice cream to the table to celebrate, all on the house. The food was memorable, made with high-quality ingredients, presented creatively, and with a perfect balance of flavors. We recommend the restaurant

The pork chop and chicken were terrible. The steak and the scallops were great. Guacamole was excellent as usual. Service was mediocre at best. Not the usual experience.

The three of us, who are frequent diners and somewhat foodies, were actually fairly disappointed. It started at the checkin, where the feel was somewhat snobish. Then our waiter had zero personality and gave the impression we were inconveniencing him by being there. The only time he smiled was when it was time to figure out his tip. The food was quite pricey (for example the beef Oscar dish I had was $59), and although it was certainly tasty, it was not unique in any significant way. Fairly standard fare for a higher end restaurant. And our service was kind of abysmally slow every step of the way. I was actually vacillating between an overall 3 star and a 4 star, but the ambiance was pretty awesome, and the overall experience was still enjoyable. But still - kinda disappointing…
