   Everything was great. The Maitre D’ was flippant with a smirk on his face as we were delayed being seated at our allotted time.

   The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Service throughout the evening was friendly and attentive. However, the reservation process felt excessive. I received multiple texts asking me to confirm, followed by two phone calls—even after I had already confirmed. A single confirmation should be sufficient. Just before we arrived, I received yet another message, this time reminding us that our dining time was limited to two hours. It came across as more stressful than hospitable and detracted from the otherwise lovely experience.

   We very much enjoyed sampling New Mexico cuisine and beer as we visited with college friends who live in the area.

   Relaxing atmosphere to the sound of the indoor fountain. Southwest flavors without too much spice for those not use to lots of chiles. A favorite go to.
