Ordered a burger with no onions. Got it loaded with onions. No server around so someone else had to help. They remade the burger but you could tell it was rushed and not made well..cook of meat was way off, bun was falling apart, etc. $18 burger that I ate a quarter of. My friends $14 avocado toast was sloppy and so salty she had to force herself to eat it.
First time and disappointed.
For the prices paid the food was not at that level. My $59 branzino was good but the potatoes were cold and under cooked. My wife’s lamb shank had to be sent back due to cool temperature in the middle.
Service is slow everywhere due to short staffing but they did a great job.
Food was nothing special at a very exclusive price…loved the mussels
I still prefer the old menu which was excellent. Glad we tried it but unlikely we would return
Lovely restaurant With food fit for the extremely discerning pallet.
Excellent Customer service and a Great Location.
One of the best Restaurants in Santa Fe!!!
lovely afternoon for lunch. try the fabulous Gyro sandwich
We had no specific preference of the seating arrangement. Therefore, They did not seat us in the main dining room, but rather what used to be called the Cantina. I think he said it was called Club Gato. The tables were not close together, which I thought was really good, since we are still in the pandemic. There was music in the background, but it wasn’t loud. Miguel did an excellent job serving, and the food was exceptionally good. We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal.
We had a great time at La Casa Sena for Thanksgiving. We had drinks in the bar beforehand. Nice ambiance, although the Christmas music was a bit loud.
The traditional turkey dinner was wonderful. Definitely beats roasting a turkey at home. The sides were very good as well.
All in all a wonderful experience.
La Casa Sena is always wonderful. Great Food, Great Staff, Very nice atmosphere . The wine list is really extensive and full of interesting and sometimes unusual bottles
One of our favorite places to eat in Santa Fe. Really glad they survived the Pandemic
Excellent food, superb service and overall wonderful experience
During the Thanksgiving week my wife and I visited family members in Santa Fe. Made reservations at a number of resturants and La Casa was by far the best.
They are super kind and friendly. The ambience was really nice and the food was really good. Definitely recommend!
We loved the table in front of the fireplace on a cool evening. The elk shank was tender and not over seasoned. The lamb pappardelle was nicely seasoned with cinnamon and pleasantly piquant. Attentive service by Ben.
One person in our group requested no cheese and had to send his burger back because cheese was left on. It was fixed quickly.
In our opinion this restaurant is a must. The food presentation and quality were outstanding. Highly suggest the old fashion cocktail (not on menu yet was terrific), beet and burrata salad, and the lamp shank. Wow! Service was good but missed a few finer details such as we should not need to use our salad fork for eating our entree but that will not stop us from returning.
1st the patio is beautiful but not enough heaters on cold nights.
Food was ok the halibut I had really had no flavor.
Had to ask for bread, they forgot it.
Food I would rate between 2-3 stars.
I all honesty I would NOT recommend to a friend.
Excellent food and service as usual. Every trip to Santa Fe must include a trip to La Casa Sena
Food was amazing I had salmon waiters very attentive as well as sommelier
Dolmades, bisque, and Mediterranean Trio were excellent, as was Fernando's service. Having lunch on the patio on a beautiful day is perfection itself.
Great atmosphere, delicious food and delightful service. It was our first time to dine here, but it won’t be our last. We added it to our list of must-dine while in Santa De.
We absolutely loved this restaurant. The food was outstanding. The service was excellent as well. If we go back to Santa Fe, we will definitely return.
Food was fantastic...service was chaotic...seating was too close to others.
Over-all we were not pleased. The restaurant was under-staffed and that was reflected in the level of service. Food was good, however they could not serve coffee and/or tea as they said they had no hot water for this purpose (coffee/tea)!! We thought this very odd and wished we had not ordered dessert. Also we found the prices very high, even by Santa Fe standards.
We had a lovely meal on the patio. Service was slow, but the food was very good. We look forward to returning.
Fish was over cooked…but overall a good experience.
Birthday Patio Lunch with friends. The best outside lunch accommodations in Santa Fe service and food are always spot on. One of my favorite places in town!
Great food and great service and super friendly staff!! Beautiful restaurant!! Very highly recommend!!
Our dog ate dinner with us and they all made him feel right at home.Everything was perfect.
Delightful garden setting. Delicious Greek food. Surrounded by one of the oldest houses in Santa Fe. If you intend to be a regular, the wine club is the way to go, which gives one access to the wine at retail prices in the restaurant and a 15% discount on retail purchases.
Friends gathering from out of town for this luncheon.
Had a great time catching up and enjoyed our meals.
We were in a back room that was not as nice as the main restaurant and it was a bit loud (or the tables next to us were just loud). The food was delicious. I had the rack of lamb and my husband had the duck. (He was glad the sauce came on the side as he found it too sweet.) The service was good. It took a while for the sommelier to come but she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when she arrived.
Outstanding Autumn lunch on the patio. We had the Moroccan Chicken and Dolmades. Excellent service and food.
We needed to sit outside as we had our dog with us, and the staff was very accommodating!!!!! The food was excellent and the staff was professional and nice…outstanding experience!
The food was delicious, the plating was beautiful, the staff very nice. But we ordered a salad, 2 appetizers and an entre all to share and it all came to the table at the same time. Not a huge deal, but guess we should have specified we wanted it in courses. The only other criticism I have is that there seemed to be too many chairs and tables for the space, was hard to walk around the tables to get out.
We had the mussels with chorizo and the goat cheese eggrolls with apriocot & pistachios, both were yummy! The seared tuna on risotto was done perfectly.
Food was overpriced and horrible. Ahi tuna appetizer was too tough to finish. Ordered elk shank for dinner--fatty and "gamey," sent back. Stale bread. Overhead music was from a radio station (complete with DJ talking).
Our favorite outdoor dining experience in Santa Fe
Food was just a bit uninspired.
Lamb was fatty and a bit undercooked Wine selection was minimal BUT staff was lovely and ambiance was nice
A great place to enjoy Santa Fe ambiance.
We’ve been living in Santa Fe for work since July. Well be sad to leave in November. This place is in the heart of the plaza. Beautiful inside and outside dining. We’ve had wonderful experiences every time we’ve dined here! Brunch, lunch and dinner have all been fabulous! The outdoor central courtyard is pet friendly so that’s a huge plus for us too! We’ve almost always made reservations because this place is always very busy. The few times we didn’t have reservations, the wait was very short. Don’t miss this place!
