my wife's chicken was overcooked and her vegetables were undercooked. My t seared tuna salad was excellent.
Spent Valentine's day here and had a wonderful mean. Started off with some red wine that we brought. Yes, there is a corkage fee. Split a couple of appetizers, with my favorite being the caprese, which was amazing with the large cut of tomatoes and cheeses. Also went with the asapargi, which was also very nice. For dinner we split the pasta made in the cheese wheel. We paid for it to be served tableside, which was a little disappointing since it was done behind us, and we didn't even know until the plates were being served to us. Had their Tiramisu for dessert which was great. Overall, great dining experience. Was happy we were seated outside of the main dining area and away from the bar and kitchen. Seemed to be alot going on in there, and being away from there let us enjoy over evening even more.
The place was so pretty specifically it was well designed for Valentines Day , but the service not so well. I didn’t ask for a Fotuchini , i wanted angel hair pasta with alferedo sauce , but he braught me Fotochini, and when i asked him to change it he had attitude!
Overall , the food was good.
Very kind and professional service will be back soon muchos gracias !!!!
Great food great service great atmosphere and open late which is really important
I look forward to going there when I’m in LA. Great atmosphere and great food. Gotta try to save room for desert one time.
The menu was great, so many options to choose from! The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Excellent wine choices as well! I went for my birthday with my boyfriend and it was so special! We sat outside and it was very windy when we went but we had the perfect spot and the heaters worked great!
We got seated for our reservation in a timely fashion and got a wonderful table outside. Our waiter was very sweet. The food was remarkable! We had the salad with eggplant and peppers, so good. The tortaloni with pumpkin was incredible. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our food. People watching was fun. We’ll be back! Thank you.
For at least 15 years I've been adoring this restaurant. It NEVER disappoints.
Was really looking forward to dining here for quite a while. I ordered the cacio e pepe that was supposed to be served in the cheese wheel. Mine was not. Other tables around me, however, were. The service was so bad and terribly unfriendly. Matteo was my waiter and it was just me, a table of one, and it was like I was bothering him. I knew exactly what I wanted and was a pretty easy quick service table. I was out in less than an hour. He seemed annoyed I didn’t order wine or an alcoholic beverage - I’m pregnant, so I can’t drink.... of course he turned “friendly” at the end when he wanted a tip. It really surprised me that there were beggars outside and the restaurant was allowing it. A woman literally went from table to table outside collecting bills and waiters were standing around watching. For a “high class” restaurant in Beverly Hills, this shocked me. Will not be returning or recommending.
Way to loud and crowded... and very slow service.
Service & food were excellent!
Loved this spot! The service felt a little rushed for a Sunday night but there was a long wait outside. Enjoyed overall!
Delicious food as always
It was New Year's Eve and the place was packed - the maître D and all the waiters and busboys were hustling and working very hard - they all did a great job!
Loved it. Best food in Beverley Hills!
The food and service was amazing!
Their cheese wheel pasta with truffles is the best thing I've had in a long time. It was my last meal of 2019, and it was awesome. Thank you!
Excelente! Lugar muy padre y la comida deliciosa
This place was amazing. The food, the service, the atmosphere. I cannot say enough great things. They had a great wine list. My daughter and I went for dinner. I highly recommend the truffle pasta in the cheese wheel. Amazing.
All around simply amazing!!!! We can not wait to return for another fabulous dinner!
Thank you for an enjoyable holiday season lunch. Pleasant, helpful & efficient staff.
We look forward to returning, hopefully in the not too distant future. Superb dishes.
The food is delicious. But the service wasn’t so friendly.
Service was slow. Tables all around us were complaining to the manager. Food was served cold and we didn’t receive one item we ordered.
great and romantic meal on christmas eve with my fiancee
35 minute wait despite having a booking!!
The food, atmosphere, and service was incredible. I saw the restaurant on a show I was watching at the time and I decided when I was in Beverly Hills I would check it out. I'm glad I did!
Wonderful food... location.. Heather was so wonderful and helpful..Heather is always able to accommodate our groups we really appreciate her. Please don’t change
Excellent food - amazing ambiance could not be happier I went.
Wonderful family meal. Accommodated my need for gluten free food so thoughtfully. Beautifully decorated for the holidays
The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The noise level is a bit high and it was a but chaotic checking in with the hostess and rather cramped but it was overall a very nice dinner experience. I’d go back and would recommend friends to go.
Excellent Italian food and precious staff! We loved our dinner outside and despite the cold weather, the heaters kept us toasty warm. The truffle fettuccine tossed in a Parmesan round was out of this world! Fun people watching. Very busy atmosphere, fun and vibrant. Would definitely go back.
I ordered the Risotto Nero, which was not a properly made risotto (it arrived much too quickly), but rather cooked rice thrown in with the squid ink and calemari. A friend's Oso Buco was also served on a bed of cooked rice, rather than risotto.
The last two times we have been there, we have been very disappointed with the service, i felt like I was at sizzler or Denny’s! We started off with one server, then approached by another to take our order and never saw him again and closed out with the first one. Over all extremely bad service. The waiters are inattentive, I went for my birthday and was not an enjoyable experience, we had to ask 3 times for the wine list and 5 times to get bread on the table for me to have with my soup, we asked for a glass of ice which was served to us after we got our bill. The waiters didn’t have a good attitude, and seems the bus boys and hostess do more of the hospitality then the waiters. Very disappointed in this restaurant and their service, it was one of our favorite ones in LA , but I think think this was our last time, we will find a new place for the truffle pasta.
The hostess was a complete incompetent and should not be allowed to front or greet customers. Despite booking and arriving on time, she would sit walk-ins ahead of people who booked. Her explanation was that she sat people according to when they checked in with her.
Do, what’s the point of booking? She responded with- None!
In response to my indignation, she sat me and my wife next to the kitchen corridor. Within minutes, a server knocked my wife’s head with a plate!
Solution - the manageress moved us outside to a better table. No apologies.
It’s a shame as this is one of our favourite restaurants and have been coming here for years. The owners should take note that these things make or break a great establishment. Would be a shame as everything else is so amazing and consistently good.
This is such a great place to enjoy a fun but not quiet dinner. Food is always fabulous, reasonable wine by the glass. Little expensive but such a nice experience. Always choose reservation when possible.
Delicious menu. I would absolutely Recommend this restaurant
