Austin was an awesome server! It was loud though. We had a reservation for 7 and got there at 7:05. We had to stand in the crowded area at the front for a bit because we were told they were waiting for tables but there were clearly some available so that was weird.

First time at the venue. There was a choice of the standard dinner menu or a set menu to choose from; we chose the set menu. Our waiter was attentive and friendly without being overly intrusive. We were not rushed and allowed to savor the food and ambience. Food was top notch; that was expected based upon the pricing. We were allowed to look around the hotel and such and found the facilities beautiful. We also learned there was an extensive renovation in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Marmo was a pleasant surprise allowing you to have many of the benefits of a steakhouse with the Italian take on it. We visited for a Saturday brunch date and service was friendly and unobtrusive. We had the dry-aged ribeye with the rosemary beef butter, accompanied by the rigatoni alla vodka and cacio e peppe Brussels sprouts. For an appetizer, we had the Tuscan fried chicken. The appetizer was more like chicken nuggets, but it was a tasty first course with the complimentary focaccia bread and artichoke hearts mixed with them. The ribeye did taste dry-aged, though it would have been nice if it was a better cut of steak that didn't have so much gristle in it. It was still delicious and paired well with the rigatoni and Brussels sprouts. Neither of those two were standouts, but complemented well and perfect for an Italian steak date. We were comfortably full and enjoyed the complimentary valet.

We love Uchi. Great service and great food. Carmen was the best server we’ve ever had here. She patiently explained everything thing to my 8 year son who is finding lots of interest for Japanese cuisine.
