Gabbi's Mexican Kitchen
I always have a great meal at Gabbi’s! I highly recommend the queso fundido with their yummy flour tortillas.
Just WOW! Superb service, excellent menu, delicious food.
Really great, as always.
It was amazing! The various dishes sent our tastebuds into overdrive!!!!
We had a reservation for outside seating, but it was rainy and windy and the only table was right by the door, way too cold. We ended up waiting for a table for 45 minutes, but here's the thing, the manager was wonderful, she turned what was heading for a bad experience into a very nice evening. I wish I could remember her name, it was Sunday at 6:30.
Love the food and the atmosphere
Gabbi's is wonderful - amazing menu and friendly staff with the exception of the bar and bartender - who is overworked and annoyed - the bar is very aggressive because it is such a popular restaurant - so people can be rude. Only go if you have a reservation!
Food was good ! Had to pay for chips and salsa ! It’s a bit pricey for a casual lunch
Food is awesome!!!! Service is great. And a very neat location. Love the outdoor seating and ambiance.
Our FAVORITE Mexican restaurant. We traveled 25 miles for a weeknight dinner. The dishes are inventive and delicious, quality is exceptional and service is always outstanding.
delicious food, great service, love the location.
Always delicious. Very sophisticated Mexican food.
Friendly staff and the food was delicious!
An amazing restaurant!! Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Fun atmosphere. One of our favorite places to eat!
The service here is absolutely amazing, the food not so much I felt like I could have gotten better tasting food and more of it at a lower price. We where sadly seated next to a group of ladies who where annoyingly loud and very un profesional they acted as if they where at a bar not a fancy restaurant, as well as that we where seated in the outside area where a mosquito flew into our salsa.
By far the best Mexican food I have ever had. Gourmet Mexican! In fact I would put it in the category of overall, any food type, top 10 meals. We started with the house made guacamole and handmade chips. We then had the vegetable tacos which were a delicious combination of butternut squash, mushrooms and crispy kale. We also had the plantain empanadas which were delicious. We mentioned, to our waiter Juan, that we didn’t like things too spicy so he brought us an extra salsa which was made with tomatillos. I wanted to take a bottle home! Too bad I live all the way across the country I would come here all the time.
Food was heavy-fried things were soaking in oil-meets were over done. Server only wanted us to order what he wanted. Too many flavors in dishes-confusing. Not recommended. And no name on the exterior of the restaurant-unusual! As we had trouble finding it, we arrived 20 minutes late and were told our reservation had been canceled. But wasn’t it wonderful that they had 4 empty tables-not!
Great Mexican food with even better service. Gabbi’s has me trying to find reasons to visit Orange.
Love this place. Amazing food, cool place. They have good vegetarian options and can make those vegan.
Good not great. I was faintly disappointed because my foodie friends have been raving about Gabbi's.
This is our fifth year in a row making a special trip to Orange City just to go to Gabbi's. Well worth the trip
Seems to have lost a bit of luster, but still good and worth a visit.
Food and drink were excellent. A little loud, but enjoyable anyway.
I've been to Gabbi's quite a few times. I think it's possibly the best Mexican restaurant in California. The dinner last night was fantastic and the service was terrific.
It was a perfect dining experience. Good friends, delicious food and cocktails, great service and ambience.
Delish! No more text needed!
The food and service is always very good. Unfortunately, all of us in our party requested Arnold Palmers, but the restaurant does not serve lemonade, so we could not be accommodated. We would still choose to eat here.
Unique and high-value food ,made in small quantities from high-quality ingredients.
Two BDs , in my family !
Amazing food, service and ambiance. Will be back as usual.
The food was pretty bland overall. The guac was just avacado moosh and the salsa just kinda tasted like tomato and cilantro. We sat there for a good long while with our dirty dishes when we were done and then at the end when we were waiting to pay the bill we got asked three times if we wanted more chips. Well no, we are done now. It was very frustrating and a lack luster experience overall. I think it has a lot of potential but it's not realized yet.
Expected the food to be MUCH better since they're supposed to be a Michelin restaurant. The Queso Fundido was disappointing (cheese hardened almost immediately); the Tacos were quite good and the Enchilada was average.
This place is so good! I'd take anyone any time. It really is amazing food and the restaurant itself is very cute too. The exposed brick gives it a very cozy feeling.
Mexican never tasted so good! This is true gourmet Mexican food. But not esoteric - just not run of the mill Mexican. Mole just bitter enough, with fried kale, and delicious homemade tortillas. Tacos with Portuguese sausage and pork belly that wasn’t ‘ too meaty’ it was perfect and comforting. And who would ever expect a plantain empanada to die for! If you want real Mexican, don’t waste time anywhere else!
Really enjoyed the dinner for two
Great Shrimp burritos special and partner thought the margarita was yummy
Wonderful lunch, excellent service, always good going to Gabbi’s!
We normally are big fans of Gabbi's Mexican Kitchen, but this last time that we went we waited for 45 minutes for our food! When we told the waiter how long we waited, he debated the time with us and didn't apologize. It was my husband's birthday, so it made us extra bummed that the service was not good. When we asked him for a desert menu, it took another 10-15 minutes to get it. Needless to say, the service was terrible, and it made us question whether we would be coming back again.
Very disappointed in main courses- red fish blah , shrimp enchiladas - too rich and cream cheesy and taco- pork was dry.
Drinks were excellent and chips & guacamole delish!
