What does Tramici mean? It means "among friends" and Tramici is the place where you want to be with friends and family to enjoy delicious American-Italian fare including Housemade Mozzarella with Basil, a crispy 4 Cheese Pizza with Arugula, and your favorite standbys like Spaghetti and Meatballs or Oven Baked Lasagna. This lunch and dinner restaurant is the second venture of Dave Snyder, owner of Halyards and The Halyard Restaurant Group. Chef de Cuisine Adam Jones is on hand to ensure warm hospitality and a great experience. The decor is casual and highlighted by a 18 seat bar, 8 tables in our courtyard, and an open kitchen to watch the delicious food come out of the Wood Stone Oven. The adventurous wine list and cold tap beers will pair well with the menu that is changed with the seasons. Tramici is family friendly with a full Kid's Menu and open everyday where tables for walk-ins are available all the time.
Halyards on St. Simons has been redefining Island Cuisine for 20 popular years. The Island's unrivaled see-and-be-seen dinner spot for locals who know and for coastal visitors who have heard that the locally sourced seafood, will make your and evening. The atmosphere is casually elegant (cozy lounge furniture in the courtyard and under the awning), the welcome warm, the service crisp and attentive, the wine cellar vast, and the comfortable bar hip and hopping. The menu is the brilliant handiwork of Chef/Owner Dave Snyder that changes seasonally and is bold, creative and gloriously rewarding. To be sure you are pleased, Dave roams the front of the house for comments when he is not out fishing for your dinner.
We do have a lot of fun at Georgia Sea Grill, but we take our commitment to the freshest ingredients very seriously. That’s why we grow our own. Only by sourcing our favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs right here at our own Potlikker farm can we be absolutely assured that we are serving nothing but the freshest, healthiest seasonal flavors. Once perfectly-plated with locally-sourced seafood, beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or our own Satilla Ponds farm-raised catfish, you will see and taste the difference that locally-grown brings to the table.
