This is a bar none steak house. Good food and good service! MoreOpenTable Diner -
The food was just okay. I was very excited to try the French onion soup (my favorite soup), but it tasted like bland broth, not rich and dark. I had the filet and my husband had the filet and lobster. Nothing memorable about those. It was extremely loud, so it was hard to have a conversation. Service was great though! I’ve tried every steakhouse in Reno and Harrahs steakhouse is by far my favorite and much more quiet and romantic for date nights, so I’ll stick to them. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Many visit Reno and know that they will be immersed in the cultural tune and chime of a slot machine paradise. What many may miss when visiting is that the Biggest Little City has a fully realized culinary world. The Midtown District is tuned to the melody of a reinvented neighborhood and the nature of new age cuisine. From classic tavern style bars to casual cafes, the district has a piece of something for everyone. Reno also offers a booming brewing industry for the hops-enthused traveler. They've established their space in that cannon by fermenting flavors true to the area. For anyone who aspires to tap into the cultural roots innate in the food of the region, eaters need look no further than local Basque style restaurants. Reno's eclectic 4th street provides a number of these eateries.
