Bistro 7 Ratings and Reviews
We have been to Bistro 7 many times and have always enjoyed our dining experience. Tonight was exceptional. Our server Zack was amazing and every recommendation that he made was beyond expectation. Our Ahi tuna appetizer was a beautiful presentation but even more excellent to our taste buds- we devoured it! We had two incredible entree’s- the seared
Scallops and the miso glazed sea bass. Both were so perfect that we ended up trading dishes so we each got to enjoy the experience. We dine all over the world and Bistro 7 continues to impress us every time we visit.
My wife and I have been to Bistro 7 several times now to celebrate special occasions and we look forward to our next return visit each time. Everything we've ordered, from cocktails to appetizers and entrees, has been delicious! The servers here have been attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the ambiance has contributed to make things more romantic. Though we usually don't spend this much for dinner out, we will keep Bistro 7 in mind for up-coming special celebrations.
Ordered halibut. Brought me something else. Tasteless fish and tasteless sides. Dessert also bad ( fruit crumble which was basically just heated fruit with ice cream and a lot of raw brown sugar on top. Hard to get server’s attention. Too bad because have had some nice meals there in the past. Won’t be going back anytime soon
We hadn't been to Bistro 7 for quite a while and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and tastiness of the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the crispy calamari for starters, and there was plenty for two people. My partner had fish and chips, and, again, total surprise at the amount of fish and chips--he took home two of the four pieces and half the chips for lunch the next day. I had the chicken Caesar salad. It came in a large bowl with a half, char-broiled chicken breast (cut into slices) on top of the salad. Tasted wonderful. The wine-by-the-glass list was plentiful with choice of ounce sizes. We plan to take our friends there for dinner in the near future.
My sister in law and I sat in the bar area to get happy hour. The cocktail server didn't acknowledge us for about 6 minutes. She walked by us several times and visited other tables and input drink orders. I'm in the service industry and was disappointed because I work in cocktail and knew she could have at least stopped by the table and said hi. We ended up moving to the bar.
Bistro 7 never disappoints. We go there often for lunch and dinner. The food quality is excellent and beautifully presented, the waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable. For those who like pizza there is an in-house oven. There's a very nice wine list and cocktails are available both in the bar and at table. Bison pappardelli and miso crusted Seabass are among several favorites. Desserts are delicious.
Went to dinner with my Wife. Staff was helpful, attentive and very friendly. Dishes were priced fairly and portion sizes were perfect. The lightning was excellent and put off a relaxing ambiance. My protein was cooked to perfection and cocktails were delicious. I will tell everyone I know about this place.
Very good food. Many different options, including a small plate menu. Good choice of cocktails and really nice wine list. If you want a quiet dinner, this is really not for you. The noise level was high, but not unbearable.
Bistro 7 has an attractive interior, a nice layout, and a contemporary menu. The sea bass was very good - the halibut was fishy. The side dishes were bland, the service mediocre, and the white wine wasn't even chilled (the server tried to "upsell" us to a more expensive bottle with no accommodation). Overall, we were disappointed and we're not likely to return.
Beautiful restaurant and great food. The only reason for 4 stars (ambiance) was that tables for two are so close together, the discussion at the next table (normal speaking) felt disruptive. Having said that, I would go again. I am still noshing on those wonderful cashews.
We went for Mother's Day brunch for the 2nd year in a row. The service was great. However brunch is NOT their specialty. I would not recommend brunch and will remember not to go here next year. Other meals however are great.
I always enjoy Bistro 7, whether it's happy hour in the bar with friends or a lovely intimate dinner in their cozy booths. My favorite starters are the crispy fried green beans with a creamy zesty dip and the fresh tuna tartar. It's not easy deciding on an entree; they are all delicious!
As simple as it sounds, my most recent choice was their juicy hamburger with unique smothered toppings and honestly...the best fries in town. This was accompanied by a rich jammy red wine (which I won't disclose because I plan on returning to finish the rest of that particular selection before they sell out). The soft lighting, classy ambiance, and super friendly staff add to a fun and memorable evening!
First this was a visit for four people, not two and reservations were made for that number. As always' we had a great meal, under no pressure, the food was great all of us enjoyed the presentation and taste. The waitress was great, and even though they appear to close at 2.00pm we were not rushed out. Our friends had not been there in a few years and were impressed and will most definitely go back.
