   We really enjoyed the meal, however we were disappointed that there was no risotto. This is one of Gordon’s signature dishes. The music was awful a continuous thumping beat which I think was on repeat. They said this was Gordon Ramsey’s music station!!! The sticky toffee pudding was very tasty just a bit overcooked and dry.

   Easily the worst dining experience I've had in the 39 years I've lived in Reno. This was supposed to be a special dinner for my wife's birthday. My wife ordered the prime rib (end cut special request) and it came to the table cold. Not even warm. They said they would make it right. They brought back another (not an end cut and didn't tell us) and it came to the table rare. This was after a half hour wait. The Manager came and tried to make it right which an additional half an hour and finally we gave up and our night was ruined. Keep your prime rib and your free birthday dessert. No thanks and never again!

   We were seated right away. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

   The wait staff was amazing and extremely friendly. We had a wonderful time eating dinner and talking with our server.

   Amazing food. The crispy skin salmon was off the charts. Front desk was a little rude but servers were wonderful. It would be nice if the casino noise wasn’t as prominent but the food makes up for any small annoyances. We’d definitely come back.

   Everything was good except the vegetarian pasta dish was poorly executed. It was supposed to be mushrooms and butternut squash pasta. It was a giant bowl of mostly just pasta not enough veggies and little flavor. Something bland that could go on the kids menu but not a fine dining dish for $30. But everything else we ordered tasted good.

   His restaurants NEVER disappoint! Every one we visit always rises to the top of our list! NOTHING was a miss! For being in a casino (upstairs from the casino floor) the ambience is quiet and sexy AF! The calibre of professionalism and respect for food is apparent when dining at one of Ramsay’s establishments. They’re well oiled machines, and being able to witness the pass from our booth was also a highlight! The staff was amazing and ON POINT. Our server Lisa was out of this world. It was like we had been friends for a while. If she was allowed, I would have welcomed her to join us for the delicious meal! Every detail of every item on your plate is the most decadent and placed with purpose. The sticky toffee pudding is LIFE ALTERING! Make sure to leave room for it! Ramsay’s restaurants are pretty pricey, yes, but 💯 worth the splurge! I wish there was a location closer to home, well maybe not, I would be broke!

    Amazing food and great service. We went for grandpas 90 birthday. Lobster was ok it was too sweet for me I wouldn’t get it again for the 90 dollars we paid.
