This was our first time at Rudy’s. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday as a family. The service was fantastic from our first greeting at the door. We were seated early which was a great surprise! Our server was timely, knowledgeable about menu choices and specials, and never left us wanting. The menu choices were plentiful and our meals were delicious! Portion sizes were large enough to bring home almost another meal. Great overall experience and we will definitely be back...and letting everyone we know about Rudy’s! MoreOpenTable Diner -

We went to Bentley's for the anniversary of our engagement, 35 years ago. I made the reservations through the app, Opentable. (which I did not have, but downloaded) I then ordered flowers to be delivered to the restaurant. The staff at Bentley's had the flowers at our table when they seated us. Our server, Baley, was just perfect. Baley visited with us and made us feel comfortable, without hovering. We had issues with our steaks being cooked like we had ordered, but they took care of it without any questions or making us feel bad. The manager, Meg, brought out my wife's filet mignon after it had been recooked and told her the steak was on them. I have a dairy allergy and Baley made sure I didn't get something with dairy in the cooking process. We each ordered a dessert, which was heavenly. The evening was very relaxing and we had a wonderful time visiting. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Salem is an exciting, historical town, and every year, thousands of visitors come to visit the museums and experience the various cultural events. For foodies, there is much to offer as well. If you crave natural, local produce, stop by the local farmers market to pick up fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, and milk. For breakfast, try the mouthwatering crème brulee french toast at a local bistro. If you enjoy Italian food, Asian food, Chinese food, or Thai food, Salem offers a wide selection. American establishments are abundant as well. A few of the most popular meals in the area include dishes like chicken fried steak and eggs, "Stir Fry A La Busick," and New York-style pizza.
