Outstanding food and value for money, would highly recommend

Fabulous Sunday afternoon at The George! Delicious Sunday lunch followed by a wonderful jazz trio in the courtyard. Whether it’s with family, friends or just the two of you we would highly recommend The George.

Excellent all round. Very friendly and efficient staff, a buzz without being too noisy and, most of all, superb dishes. Really enjoyed it.

There is a good choice of food -I like fish and there were some good choices. The scallops were terrific and was the cod loin. All of the staff were very pleasant, keen and helpful.

Food beautifully presented and delicious. Nice to experience quality and not to feel like you have been ripped off and could have cooked better at home. 10/10
