For over 3 decades locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. This 350-seat establishment has an open kitchen, large main dining room, full bar, outdoor balcony seating and two banquet areas. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections while relaxing and enjoying the expansive view of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. This classic, elegant yet casual restaurant is a not to be missed dining experience.

Heritage is family owned and operated by Chef Philip Pretty and sister Lauren Pretty. Our lively indoor dining room was built in 1922 as a craftsman house. Walk inside to an open kitchen, request bar seating to watch us cook over a live fire Santa Maria grill. Located in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach on the corner of 7th & Saint Louis Ave. Heritage Restaurant uses sustainable meat & seafood, and Farmer's Market produce. Growing our own produce at Heritage Farm right up the street. Certified blue, green, and maintain a zero-waste kitchen. One red and green star Michelin awarded. We serve a tasting menu only.
