Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Tech Center / Greenwood Village

Consistently good on our second visit. The roast chicken is absolutely worth it, as is the cauliflower and bread course. Still have yet to try the pizzas, but they look amazing when delivered to other tables. Very noisy inside due to the narrow layout and parallel hard surfaces. They’d benefit from some noise baffles on the ceiling.

Shells and Sauce is one of my go-to Italian places. The food is always good and they have daily specials for a bit of change-up from the standard menu. Highly recommended.

The service was outstanding. From the host stand to table and serving staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly The food was AMAZING. Our server was able to give great recommendations and the Cosmonaut was absolutely divine.
