Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Haight

Beautiful environment for an elegant occasion with excellent food.

The restaurant's interior is beautiful. The service was excellent and so was the food. The noise level was much too high, so only four stars. Lunch is served late so next time we will reserve a table a little later to avoid the lively lunch crowd. Otherwise, this was a lovely experience.

This restaurant is a bit pricey but worth it for a nice treat because of the atmosphere - it feels like a bit of pampering. The service is fantastic!

Absolutely DELIGHTFUL! Food was creative, savory, and well-sized. The service was attentive but not over-bearing. The atmosphere was fanciful. Shrimp salad provided a zesty balance of tangy vinaigrette with pineapple and baby butter lettuce, diced cukes, halved-tomatoes and of course, savory grilled tender shrimp, all tucked into a big Parmesan crisp bowl, adorned with 2 pieces of garlic toast. The caramel cheesecake is delightfully accessorized with a cotton candy fascinator and almost too cute to eat. I recommend going earlier if you want a quieter environment. The place really fills up particular with the afternoon tea crowd the afternoon tea tower the table next me ordered looks pretty spectacular.
