- DDonnaSouth Carolina •2 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 19, 2025We enjoyed our dining experience with the Historic Table (updated name for the Historic Supper Club). You have a little time before dinner is served to explore the exhibits of the SC Historical Society in the Fireproof building. Dinner is served at a long dining room table in a library type room with lovely Spode China. You will enjoy learning about various foods used for the highlighted period in Charleston history; the recipes used for the meal preparation are slightly updated for modern tastes. The proprietor, Mike, will explain details while the food is served family style. Everything was very tasty and abundant. A glass of Madeira wine is served, but otherwise it is byob (glassware provided) . It is an educational and enjoyable evening!More infoHistoric Charleston Supper ClubPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.7
