- DDr. BillvipSan Diego •237 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoGreat food & yummy cocktails once again, only neg is new auto 5%,”Service Charge” on top of their already high prices, not allowing customers to TIP their gift or present or bonus $$$ to servers/helpers. Owners trying to force & “squeeze” their own customers to pay more to them besides food & bev prices is a not smart action. Cheap, a TURN-OFF, low-class, aggressive, no bueno.More infoParadisaeaPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• La Jolla•4.7
- MMarkSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoMy sister and I decided to spend our Thanksgiving lunch at Le Coq in La Jolla, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance that set the tone for our holiday meal. Our waiter, Chris, went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made fantastic recommendations that elevated our dining experience. His professionalism and genuine friendliness added a personal touch that made our Thanksgiving lunch feel truly special. The food was exquisite, with every dish showcasing the perfect balance of flavor, creativity, and presentation. Each bite felt like a celebration, and it was clear that great care and passion went into crafting the menu. Le Coq is a gem in La Jolla, and it made our holiday memorable in the best way possible. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning for another unforgettable meal. Thank you to Chris and the entire team for making our Thanksgiving extraordinary! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟More infoLe CoqPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• La Jolla•4.4
- BBillChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoThe best experience in years. The entire hotel staff were smiles and welcoming. Our wait person Michael was a delight. We laughed together over the menu misspellings to our shared college restaurant work experience. Foodies talk about food and take pictures. Our ideal is being relaxed, good company that includes staff, and great food.More infoMediterranean Room - La Valencia HotelPrice: Expensive• American• La Jolla•4.5
- CCarrvipSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 26, 2024We love this spot for its romantic ambiance and delicious, creative food. All of their bread plates are amazing. The Twinkie Caesar salad is the best thing on the menu. But it’s all delightful, especially the burger dessert. All around a wonderful spot.More infoThe Whaling BarPrice: Expensive• Californian• La Jolla•4.5
