On October 4th, 2022 the Dutch red windmill opened her doors to Fred & Diana. Diana is known for Diana's Pancakes, across Barcelo and before that, she was the owner of a similar pancake place next to the mill. We had hoped to sit on the beach like the website photos showed. We were on a terrace next to the resort building. They said we could not be on the beach because of renovations that would be finished in a week or so. I had thought the page I had read said that the renovations would begin on December 15th, not end then. Oh, well. It was not a great sunset anyway. The food was okay, not stellar, but adequate. The service was over attentive, but was trying hard to please. The walk on the beach afterwards was wonderful as the clouds colored and loomed over the ocean.

The LINGUINI FRUTTI DI MARE was Boston North End Italian worthy. Service was excellent. Other Entrees good but the standout was the Linguini. I would definitely come again.
