We offer gluten-free contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine with Northern Mediterranean influences - think Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish, diverse & healthy options, courtesy of Chef Ton Yazici & Sous Chef Ben Jones. Poquitos - Capitol Hill does not currently offer reservations Friday and Saturday evenings after 6:30pm.Poquitos Chef Manny Arce offers authentic presentations of traditional Mexican cuisine while utilizing the regional benefit of high quality Northwest farms and purveyors. Over 14,000 Talavera tiles from Puebla, Mexico and a variety of Mexican artisan design pieces combine to create an environment that is unique not only to Capitol Hill but Seattle as well.
