- TTwanVirginia •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoEverything was top notch. I had the duck confit and my wife had the chicken and mushroom ravioli. Both were deelish. The rice that came with my duck will have me searching for a new recipe. Wish I could remember my waitress name because she was stellar 11/10. She was friendly as can be and knowledgeable on all aspects of her menu as well as the drink menu. Enjoyed myself to the fullest and can’t wait to come back.More infoGershwin'sPrice: Expensive• American• Norfolk•3.7
- RRossieVIPCharlotte •16 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 4, 2025As someone who travels frequently for work and has a particular palate, I’ve had the opportunity to dine at many restaurants across the region. It’s not often that I find a place so exceptional that I make a point to return every time I’m in town—but Glass Light in Norfolk is exactly that kind of place. From the moment I first dined here, I knew it was special. On my recent return to Norfolk, I brought a guest along—and once again, the experience did not disappoint. Every dish I have ordered, from the tender and flavorful octopus, to the creatively prepared halibut, was nothing short of pleasurable. The flavors are bold yet balanced, the presentation thoughtful, and the quality undeniable. But what elevates this restaurant beyond great food and excellent service is something harder to describe—something personal. We had the pleasure of meeting the Chef Ticha during our visit, and that brief encounter gave us a glimpse into the heart behind the cuisine. His passion and humility left a lasting impression, adding a layer of meaning to an already memorable meal. This place isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. And for me, it’s now a must-visit every time I find myself in Virginia.More infoGlass LightPrice: Expensive• French American• Norfolk•4.8
