One thing we appreciated about the restaurant was how the interior decor softened the noise significantly. Made for a great dining experience. We will be back to Puerto Rico just to come here again!More infoMarmalade Restaurant & Wine BarPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• San Juan•4.9

- MmichelleCaribbean •3 reviews4.0Dined on Apr 13, 2025I’ve visited this restaurant many times before and the service has always been excellent. Unfortunately, it seems there’s a new chef, and we didn’t enjoy the experience as much this time. The food was just okay. The previous chef used to offer off-menu options, which helped a lot considering the menu is quite limited. Now, portions are also much smaller. The meat paella, which used to be a favorite, was underwhelming and much smaller than before. We also ordered the filet mignon dish for our kids, which comes with asparagus. Since they don’t like asparagus, we had to order additional side dishes for each of them. It felt more like a way to upsell than accommodate customer needs. It makes me wonder—do you want to make a few extra dollars in one night, or keep a loyal customer coming back?More infoLa Rambla RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Traditional Spanish• Dorado•4.3
