Though there are two other Ruths Chris much closer to where we live in Raleigh, the Cary property is a cut above the other two in every respect. Ruths Chris Cary serves PRIME STEAKS in a very classic elegant dining room. The ambiance of the entire business is much like that of famous NYC steakhouses. The noise level is perfect given the great design of the dining rooms. Preferred seating requests are respected and honored, also. Kudos to management. The staff from the Bartenders, to servers, to food runners; everyone is courteous and on top of their game well trained. Our recent server Bella was outstanding. The kitchen delivers, also. Medium-rare orders are delivered perfectly as ordered. There is nothing like the delivery of a PRIME STEAK delivered to your table sizzling; Ruths Chris signature. We especially noted the difference in our cocktails at Cary Ruths Chris. Glasses filled to the brim and shakers left at the table. RUTHS CHRIS Cary remains true to their business model and stands out among other newer steak houses.
