Owned and managed by husband-and-wife team, Daniel Crump MCA and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the restaurant was crowned the 24/25 AA Restaurant of the Year (England). Based in a 17th century coaching inn in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town, it has also been voted an OpenTable Diners’ Choice, one of the most romantic restaurants in the UK, and named among the top 100 restaurants in the country by SquareMeal. The Grade II-listed venue has a variety of spaces where guests can enjoy a meal or drink.The various menus showcase a commitment to using the best seasonal British produce available, including that grown in the kitchen garden. Vegans, vegetarians and guests with dietary requirements receive an equally special dining experience. The Greyhound also has a diverse wine list, which won an AA Notable Wine List Award. Great restaurant. The food was great just enough for brunch and very tasty. Our waitress was brilliant. The only thing I will criticise is the noise level. There was a DJ who was playing some really good upbeat music but it was just way too loud. We wanted a girly chit chat/catch up and had to shout at each other! I ended up with a headache. Shane as everything else was so good. They just need to turn the volume down a bit!

We went for Sunday lunch at The Star and I would definitely recommend it. Not many people in, which is a shame, but the food was good and the service was very friendly and efficient. We'll be going back!
