Welcome to BEHIND. We are an intimate 1 Michelin star fish-focused tasting menu restaurant run by chef Andy Beynon. Amazing food, excellent recommendations from the staff. We had originally booked for earlier I. The evening but rang to cancel as our train had been seriously delayed so we would’ve missed the original time. The person we spoke too was excellent, cancelled the reservation without charge as they could see we were genuinely gutted about not being able to make it. Fortunately we managed to get a different train and there was one reservation for 9:15 available so we took it and it was well worth it. Not only was what we ordered incredible but the waiter also bought us out an extra dish to try. Could not praise it enough.
