A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. Four of us went for a birthday celebration. It was the perfect evening. A warm welcome, a delightful table, Michelin star food (IMHO), fabulous wine, and no attempt to rush us out to squeeze in another booking. I eat out for work on a regular basis, but for any personal or family purpose, Bistro Aix will always be my first choice. Long may you flourish.
