I selected Phillip's when meeting colleagues for lunch because I (selfishly) wanted the fried shrimp - my usual order when dining there. Our server told us about new items on the menu (which had changed the day we dined). Her review was great, so I ordered the boom boom shrimp. I wanted to add a vegetable and went with the asparagus. Both were delicious! I ordered my go to appetizer, the cream of crab soup, but it was too thick (maybe much flour?). I sent it back and got the lobster bisque instead. A win! Overall, I had a great dining experience and my colleague who'd never been to Phillip's enjoyed it as well. I'll definitely return, and maybe try another new item.
