Best Restaurants with a Scenic View in Inner Harbor

good experience celebrating a birthday at Phillips seafood. Sarah was the server and she did an excellent job. Stuffed salmon was wonderful and cheesecake dessert good too. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend if you are in Baltimore inner harbor 

Ouzo Bay is one of my favorite places to eat at in Baltimore. I feel like a VIP every time I am here (all Atlas properties). The management and staff are some of the best I have ever encountered and ensure that I am made to feel welcome along with my service dog Ceszar. Thanks so much for all you do!

Beautiful place with a great view nice private spot right on the national Harbor food and atmosphere is great 

We celebrated a graduation there. Ordered form the Lunch Menu (smaller portions) and everything was delicious. Especially, the Wagyu Beef and the Chicken with linguini! Excellent value!

We appreciated the personal service and generous Champagne Toast for our son's Masters graduation from Johns Hopkins. We have enjoyed a handful of dinners over these past five years and look forward to returning again one day. Now our son moves to Philadelphia for a job at UPenn.
