Thomas Danigo a l’impertinence et l’envie de se dévoiler tout en préservant ses secrets. À travers chaque composition, c’est un souvenir de ses explorations qu’il transmet, transformant une assiette en une surprise sensorielle pour les papilles, les yeux, le nez.
