    An absolutely exquisite dining experience! This Franco-Japanese fusion restaurant is a true gem. Every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with unique, well-balanced flavors. The combination of French technique with Japanese ingredients is perfectly executed, creating an innovative and memorable menu.     Have I ever had better chicken and mashed potatoes? No. The spot is quaint romantic and picture perfect Paris, the service was engaging, with drinks and wine that set the table and the food!! Have I ever had better steak tartare? No.
