- SSoniaVIPHawaii •8 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoordered five items to share - Taramasalata, brussels, lamb kebob, asparagus and shrimp with dill. I have never had the taramasalata here before and while this was good, i had higher expectations. I think i just prefer the taramasalata that I get from my local greek restaurant, The Olive Tree in Honolulu , this was much creamier and I prefer the distinct texture of the fish roe in the one i know and like better. with the exception of some tough ends of asparagus that i had to cut off, everything else was amazing. service was great, it was busy as usual and the noise level is above moderate. I have always had exceptional experiences at Zaytinya in DC and once previously at this location in May. This was the first time I wasn't totally gushing about everything but it's still amazing and Zaytinya is still one of my all time favorite restaurants ever. David was my server back in May and again this trip - he was fabulous!More infoZaytinya - New YorkPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• NoMad•4.5
