Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Smithfield

Great venue if you're looking for top-quality food and professional/fine-dining service. The room is very nice... not too busy the night we were there. Apps were good (RI Calamari, baked brie) Entrees ranged from very good to great (3 steaks and rack of lamb) Side dishes were surprisingly elevated (slivered parmesan on the perfectly-cooked asparagus... "fancy" mashed potatoes with a crispy onion garnish, etc.) Lemon sorbet as a pallet cleanser, etc. They know what they're doing. Not inexpensive, but felt like a very fair price for the experience. A bit slow in responding to special dessert/birthday request made online... texted me as we were on the way to the restaurant, but hey... stuff happens.

Excellent food and service! Fabulous gluten free menu as an option, with warm gluten free rolls by request dipped in oil and parmesan. The gluten free gnocchi with three grilled shrimp on top was excellent, and pistachio gelato was beautifully presented. A wonderful experience as always

4 of us did the 5-course tasting menu with classic wine pairings. The meal, service and atmosphere were outstanding. The food and wine pairings were excellent. Even the valet service was exceptional (it was very cold and when our car arrived back at the front door, the steering wheel heater and seat heaters had been turned on for us and there were two sleeves of Gracie's cookies in the cup holder. Holy smokes, who thinks of this stuff?! That was indicative of the level of planning and care they put into every aspect of our meal. Look, with cocktails and tip, the meal came to about $900 for 4 of us. That's not inexpensive, but it's in line with other high-end tasting menu dinner's we've had.

Service was good. Food was good. Atmosphere nice. A little chilly inside. Wanted to keep my coat on. Would probably go back again as there were many gluten free options. Chicken parm and pasta very good.

It’s been a little over a year since I have been in the restaurant. Everything was great! The food was superb. The white staff were professional and attentive. The valet, hostess, and bus staff were all very friendly and helpful. If you choose to eat here, you’re making a great choice.
