Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Plaza Midwood

Another amazing meal and hands down 5-star service! We let our server curate our evening and I recommend requesting this way to experience their fabulous food and craft cocktails or sake.

I visited with a friend for dinner. The food was delicious, drinks were top notch and the staff was attentive. I got a peek at their brunch menu and it looks delish. Can't wait to check it out!

Uptown location and atmosphere—dark colors with bold red flourishes, floral walls and plenty of instaworthy decor. Sadly staff does not necessarily seem to realize they work at one of the most expensive steakhouses in Charlotte. Little touches that I’m talking about—tables were streaky and sticky, several glasses dirty, waiter not knowledgeable about ingredients clearly on menu, food placed in front of wrong customers (only 2 tables in restaurant), drinks served without napkins and placed on wooden table. I know that’s picky, but when most steaks on the menu near $100, I think you’ve placed yourself in the high end dining sphere. We did overall enjoy our lunch. The drinks and food were delicious, and I recommend going for the lunch prix fixe menu so you can completely enjoy the food and stomach the check. The manager could easily make some changes with staff to make it more worth the sticker price at dinner.
