Ida Claire is a funky, southern influenced restaurant & bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is notched up southern but has influences from different regions. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there. Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients. The décor has a southern influence with antebellum charm & elegant polish, stated most clearly in our reworked air stream trailer parked in the garden for VIP reservations. The whole restaurant will feel like a quirky southern aristocrat’s home…just not exactly what you might think.

The most amazing, attentive, kind, and intentional staff. Genuinely have never had better service than that at Ida Claire (the food is also always beyond stellar which is a massive plus). My partner + I went last night to celebrate my birthday and the fact that we’re expecting for the first time. The staff wrote us two cards to congratulate us and to tell me happy birthday. Additionally, the cake we ordered was on the house. Their kindness made our evening and we will continue to celebrate at Ida Claire as long as we’re able.

I love dining at this hidden gem. The food is wonderful and the menu selections are inspired by local ingredients. I only dine here once a month, but the staff remembers me and treats me like I’m the most important person in the room. Many people believe that hotel restaurants are not wonderful, but they truly are the best I’ve ever experienced.
